Auntie Ox
The Tippling Bros.' tasty morning concoction combines refreshing passion fruit puree and green tea-infused vodka with a hint of guajillo chile syrup.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Green tea-infused vodka
- ¾ oz Passion fruit puree
- ½ oz Agave nectar
- ¾ oz Guajillo chile syrup*
- ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
- Pico piquin
Guadjillo Chili Syrup*
- 1 quart simple syrup
- 7 to 8 guajillo chilies
Procedure: Bring simple syrup to a boil. Break up chilies and add. Simmer for 10 minutes. Check heat level and let go for 10 additional minutes, if needed. Strain and refrigerate.
Directions
Rim glass with pico piquin. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake with ice. Strain over ice in glass. The cocktail is available at Mercadito during brunch.
