This celebratory, sparkling brunch cocktail comes from Adam Seger—one of Chicago's most revered mixologists.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. La Pinta Pomegranate Tequila Liqueur
- 2 oz. sparkling wine
- 7 dashes of Fee Brothers Old Fashioned bitters
Directions
Pour La Pinta Pomegranate Tequila Liqueur into chilled Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine; add Fee Brothers bitters. Finish with twist. The cocktail was created by Adam Seger for Libertad.
