Pimento Cheese
Put a little South in your mouth with this gooey and spicy cheese recipe from Lillie's Q chef/owner Charlie McKenna.
Ingredients
Pimento Cheese Ingredients: 1 stick of Kraft Cracker Barrel Natural Extra Sharp Cheddar 8 oz diced pimentos, juice drained 1 jalapeno minced, seeds removed 1 tsp white pepper Pinch of salt 1/2 cup mayonnaise Crostini Ingredients: 1 baguette Olive oilDirections
- Allow cheese to come to room temperature, then grate into bowl and mix to combine with other ingredients.
- Refrigerate mix for eight hours.
- Prior to serving, slice baguette and rub both sides of each slice with olive oil.
- Bake crostini in oven for five minutes to seven minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve and enjoy.
