Scotch Toddy

On an intensely cold day, L20's luxury scotch Toddy is certain to warm you right down to the bones.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Johnnie Walker Double Black
- 2 drops St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- ½ oz Koval Caraway Liqueur
- ½ oz J.M.Rhum vanilla cane syrup
- ½ oz Koval Chrysanthemum Honey Liqueur
- 1/2 tbsp Lapsang Souchong tea brewed for 3 minutes in 8 oz water
- Aromatic pour-over: 1 lemon twist, 1 green cardamom, 1 star anise, 3 cloves
- Cinnamon stick stirrer
Directions
Whiskey and allspice dram are presented in mug. Use 3 separate shot glasses for sweeteners (liqueurs, syrups). Strain aromatics in tea strainer on resting bowl. Tea is presented in tea pot and poured tableside.
